The Anti-Bullying Alliance has officially launched the theme for Anti-Bullying Week 2025: "The Power of Good". Taking place from Monday 17th to Friday 21st November 2025, the campaign aims to spotlight the positive impact individuals can have when they choose kindness, speak up, and take action against bullying.
This year’s theme highlights how simple acts of goodness—whether from pupils, educators, families, or the wider community—can create safer, more inclusive environments for children and young people. The campaign encourages everyone to reflect on the role they can play in preventing bullying, both in schools and online.
The week will begin with the ever-popular Odd Socks Day on Monday 17th November, which celebrates individuality and reminds us all that it's okay to be different. Schools, colleges, and organisations are invited to take part by wearing odd socks and sharing messages of unity and acceptance.
A range of free resources—including lesson plans, assembly guides, and activity packs—has been made available by the Anti-Bullying Alliance to support schools in delivering meaningful anti-bullying messages throughout the week. These resources are designed to be accessible, engaging, and aligned with key safeguarding and PSHE objectives.
Prominent public figures and media partners will be lending their voices to this year’s campaign, helping to amplify awareness and promote practical steps communities can take to prevent bullying and support those affected.
As a safeguarding team, we recognise the profound impact bullying can have on a child’s wellbeing, safety, and educational outcomes. We strongly encourage all staff to engage with the campaign, utilise the available resources, and foster open conversations about respect, empathy, and positive behaviour.

Together, let’s use "The Power of Good" to build a culture where all children feel safe, valued, and supported.
